• ‍Limitation of Liability: AYA (the Organizer) shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other harm that participants may suffer in connection with attendance at any event. Attendees participate at their own risk.‍
• Indemnification: Attendees indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or costs arising out of event participation.
